Обратилась к приставу с заявлением (обоснованием и документацией) о снижении процента списания с зп, при встрече говорит мне, что реально снизить до 25 процентов. Вечером на гос услуги получаю уведомлении о списании 50 процентов с зп, еще и письмо на организацию в которой я уже полгода не работаю. Двое детей, мать пенсионерка, коммуналка, три кредитных платежа в месяц и меня лишают вообще каких либо средств к существованию. К тому же вводят в заблуждение при личной встрече, предоставив ложную информацию, что процент списания сократят
